Using a script or add-on that scans GameFAQs for box and screen images (such as an emulator front-end), while overloading our search engine. There is no official GameFAQs app, and we do not support nor have any contact with the makers of these unofficial apps. Continued use of these apps may cause your IP to be blocked indefinitely. This triggers our anti-spambot measures, which are designed to stop automated systems from flooding the site with traffic. Some unofficial phone apps appear to be using GameFAQs as a back-end, but they do not behave like a real web browser does.Using GameFAQs regularly with these browsers can cause temporary and even permanent IP blocks due to these additional requests. If you are using Maxthon or Brave as a browser, or have installed the Ghostery add-on, you should know that these programs send extra traffic to our servers for every page on the site that you browse. The most common causes of this issue are: Oh, and most, if not all, side-quests require you to have eight characters in your party, so make sure to check for that.Your IP address has been temporarily blocked due to a large number of HTTP requests. Is the Katz scene you're referring to about Genis's costume title? There seems to be no cut-off point for that one. If you did, you'll be able to see the final part of the side-quest in the Meltokio Slums (if you told the truth) or Sybak (if you didn't) after the doctor scene. Some people said that there's no cut-off point, but I think you must have gotten to the part where you choose between "telling the truth" or "don't" before you get the doctor scene in Flanoir. I think it depends for the Joshua side-quest. Like you said, a "Load game" should be a restart, so he should still be at the bottom of the Shadow Temple. The cut-off point is supposed to be after the big scene at Altessa's.

And for Zelos, I went with S except for Hurricane Thrust.įor the Yuan's Ring sidequest, you must have gone to the summit of Fooji Mountain after seeing the Hima scene, then going to the Palmacosta Human Ranch after clearing Latheon Gorge.

I'm not sure about Sheena, but definitely get Serpent Seal Pinion (T). I'll probably tech glitch to get Presea's level 3 techs and have some level 2 Strike techs at the same time. Raine can do it too, but I haven't gotten around to her yet. I went with T for the Sages and tech-glitched with Genis. I tech glitched to get Demonic Circle and Demonic Chaos and Tiger Rage + Twin Tiger Blade at the same time. IMO, Lloyd's better as T, except for Fierce Demon Fang. Oh, and everyone except Regal, Sheena, and Kratos/Zelos can do the tech glitch. Then switch back to S and keep fighting until Genis learns Thunder Arrow. After the battle, ta-da!, Genis will know Spark Wave and Indignation! If you do this for many elements, he can even learn the focused S-type spells as well as the level 3 T-type spells.Īfter you get him to learn Spark Wave and Indignation at the same time, do the tech glitch again with Explosion and Flame Lance. If this happens, repeat from step 5 until he learns it.Ĩ. If Genis doesn't learn Indignation in this battle, it will disappear from your C-stick command and not be usable. Use the C-stick to make Genis spam Thunder Blade, which he can miraculously still use, until he re-learns Indignation. Nothing to keep the computer from ending the battle early.ħ. DO NOT SAVE OR LOOK AT THE CHARACTER'S TECHNIQUE LIST AFTER DOING THIS!Ħ. Switch the character you set Genis' Thunder Blade to into the first slot of Switch Genis over to be S-Type, forget Thunder Blade, and learn Spark Wave.Ĥ. Collin Grady also writes that you can glitch to get multiple techniques at once by assigning multiple skills to C-stick positions on different characters and doing the following steps once for each character.ģ. Generally speaking, whenever performing the glitch, you should do this with the Technique you won't end up knowing. Set Thunder Blade to C-Up or C-Down, then switch the character out of yourĪctive party.

Put any character other than Genis in the first slot of your active party. Sure he knows Thunder Blade and has used it at least 50 times.Ģ. First, have Genis on the T-side, right near the center of the meter. (Cries over the fact that you can't have both Indignation and Thunder Arrow)Īctually it IS possible for Genis to get all his S-type moves. I think I mix and match Genis and Raine though because there's certain moves I want. Yinto wrote:Well, it's really your preference.
